Creative Vinyasa Flow

Gentle Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a style of yoga that is suitable for all levels, this slow, focused yoga session will help you work deep into the muscles and fascia to improve flexibility, sleep and relaxation. Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00 am - 10:00 at the Mijas Arts Centre

Lunar Cycle Yoga

Full moon and New moon yoga sessions outdoors with sound healing in the Spring/Summer.

Meditation and Sound Healing

Guided meditation, breathwork and a relaxing sound bath session followed by journaling to encourage focus, promote sleep, stress and anxiety relief. Mondays at 19:00 - 20:00 at Mijas Arts Centre

Mijas Yoga Hike

Experience yoga in nature with Mijas Yoga Hikes in English and Spanish. An intermediate hike to the marble quarry where we enjoy a yoga session on a marble slab overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Bimonthly and private events available
