1 Hour Yoga and 1 Hour Spa Circuit

Service Description

Awaken and align your body with a morning slow flow yoga session on the grounds of the iconic Mijas Hotel and then unwind with a spa circuit including thermal pool, sauna, steam room and a complimentary glass of cava, tea infusion and chocolate to really treat yourself to a day. of self-care. Yoga is 60 minutes and suitable for all levels, including relaxation, followed by 60 minute of spa circuit: Sensory showers (hot/cold) Dynamic pool (Jacuzzi 36/38°C) Steam sauna (Hammam) Finnish sauna (dry heat) Relaxation & rehydration area Spa circuit will take place at the Guinda Spa at Mijas TRH Hotel.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 24 hours in advance. Classes may be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions. If you hold a class-pass, you may recover classes in the rest of the weeks of the month.
