Hace más de 12 años, descubrí el yoga y emprendí un camino de sanación, practicando diversos estilos con profesores de varios países. Además de mi pasión por las telas aéreas y las artes circenses, busqué actividades que desafiaran mi cuerpo. Sin embargo, al esforzarme, descuidé las necesidades de mi cuerpo, lo que resultó en una grave lesión de hombro.
Tras dos años de tratamiento, descubrí que el yoga fue clave para mi recuperación, ayudándome a recuperar la función y la fuerza del hombro. Esta experiencia transformadora me inspiró a convertirme en profesora de yoga en 2019. Completé un programa de Formación Profesional de Profesores de la European Yoga Alliance de 200 horas y obtuve mi certificación de Instructora de Yin Yoga.
El yoga ha curado mi cuerpo, ha aumentado mi confianza y ha mejorado mi autoconciencia.
