This workshop begins in the body, not at the easel.

A guided meditation and live sound bath — Tibetan and crystal bowls — will quiet the noise and bring you fully into your senses. Then we paint. Not from observation. From the inside out. Shape by shape, guided and gradually more free, until something genuinely yours starts to emerge on the canvas.
