Asana Tribe Yoga booking terms & conditions

By booking a yoga class, yoga hike, workshop, or bespoke service, you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below. These terms form a contract between you (the client) and Asana Tribe Yoga Spain.

1. Bookings & Payments

You can pay for classes individually or through an 8-class or unlimited monthly pass.
Some events and workshops require immediate payment at booking to confirm your spot.
Payments can be made online via card, or in person by cash, Bizum, or Revolut.

2. Class Passes & Validity

4-class and 8-class passes are valid for 1 month from purchase. Unused credits expire after this period.
Unlimited passes also expire one month after purchase.
Passes are non-transferable and cannot be paused or extended.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

You may cancel or change your class booking up to 10 hours before the start time.
Late cancellations or no-shows will count as a used class from your pass or membership.

4. If We Cancel a Class

We’ll notify you and offer:

A class credit; or
A transfer to another class.

5. Booking Confirmation

You must receive an email confirmation to guarantee your booking. If you don’t, contact us directly.

6. Code of Conduct

We expect respectful, responsible behavior at all times. Disruptive or inappropriate conduct may result in class or membership cancellation without refund.

7. Yoga Hike Terms

Participation in yoga hikes is at your own risk.
You’re responsible for ensuring you are fit and healthy enough to take part.
Terrain is often rocky and uneven, followed by a yoga class at the destination.
We recommend you carry personal travel insurance.

Payment & Cancellation

Payment for hikes is due at the time of booking.
Payments are non-refundable, unless we cancel or reschedule and you're unable to attend.

Please note: By joining our hikes, you agree that photos may be taken for marketing purposes, including use on social media and our website. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know before the hike begins.

8. Yoga Events & Private Sessions

Yoga Events (e.g. workshops, retreats, sound journeys, ceremonies)

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
The remaining 50% balance is payable up to the date of the event.
Event bookings are non-refundable, but may be transferable to another person with prior notice and approval.
If the event is cancelled by Asana Tribe Yoga Spain, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.
Some events may have limited capacity; bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
You are responsible for notifying us of any relevant health conditions prior to attending.
Late arrivals may not be admitted, depending on the nature of the event and to respect the group experience.

Private Yoga Sessions

Private sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
Payment is due upon booking or at the time of the session, unless agreed otherwise.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged in full.
Rescheduling is possible with 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
All private sessions are tailored to the client’s needs, and relevant health information must be shared in advance.
Sessions can take place in your home, outdoors, or at our studio, as agreed in advance.

9. Health and Safety

Please inform us of any relevant health issues before participating. All sessions are undertaken at your own risk.

10. Insurance and Liability

Asana Tribe Yoga Spain holds public liability and professional insurance. We are not responsible for:

Loss or theft of personal belongings
Injury or illness, unless due to our negligence

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., weather, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, etc.).

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, with legal jurisdiction in the courts of Málaga.
