2. What kind of food is served? Is it vegan?
Attendees should inform us of any food intolerances or allergies before the event. The food will be vegetarian. If you require vegan options, kindly specify in advance. The menu will feature Middle Eastern and Mediterranean-style cuisine, including dips like hummus, salads, bread, and cheeses. Fruit smoothies, infused water, cava, and non-alcoholic cava will be served along with freshly squeezed orange juice.
3. What style of yoga will be practised?

The yoga class will last 60 minutes and is suitable for all levels. Modifications and alternative poses will be provided to accommodate injuries or medical conditions, which should be communicated prior to the event. The style of yoga is a flow sequence also known as vinyasa.
4. What is a sound bath?
A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants immerse themselves in sound waves. These waves are generated with instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and even the human voice itself. If you want a blanket, you can bring blankets or layers as we will be lying down for the 30-minute sound bath.
5. Can we use the pool?

On sunny days, you are welcome to take a dip in the pool.
6. What do I need to bring?
​
If you have your own yoga mat, you’re welcome to bring it. If you require a mat, please get in touch and let us know in advance.

Bring sun tan lotion, a towel, swimwear, warm layers if it’s a cool day.
7. What is the cancellation policy?
​
Cancellations more than 48 hours before the event will be refunded in full by Bizum, bank transfer, Paypal, Revolut or Payoneer. Cancellations 24 hours or less will not be refunded. If the event is cancelled due to bad weather or insufficient numbers, a full refund will be issued.
