Immerse yourself in the healing practices of yoga, soul-soothing sound baths, and guided meditation, carefully curated to restore balance and harmony to your mind, body, and soul.

Surrounded by the beauty of the Mijas countryside, this retreat promises moments of tranquillity and connection. Fuel your body with a delicious brunch, served with mimosas made from freshly-squeezed local oranges.

We offer pick-up and drop-off services from Illunion Hotel in Mijas for a nominal fee of 3 euros, ensuring a hassle-free experience from start to finish. Join us as we come together to rejuvenate, restore, and rediscover the joy of living in harmony with oneself and nature.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations more than 48 hours before the event will be refunded in full by Bizum, bank transfer, Paypal, Revolut or Payoneer. Cancellations 24 hours or less will not be refunded. If the event is cancelled due to bad weather or insufficient numbers, a full refund will be issued.

Yoga and Sound Healing

A poolside yoga session in beautiful surroundings followed by a healing sound bath will allow you to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the world and reconnect with yourself

Yoga will be followed by a healthy vegetarian brunch and mimosas made with freshly-squeezed orange juice and cava or alcohol-free cava. If you have any dietary requirements, please let us know in advance.

This exclusive event takes place in a beautiful villa in the Mijas mountains, surrounded by nature. Limited to only 10 participants, we ensure a personal and memorable experience.
